Our Story

Before there was Los Potros, there was the Zaragoza family. Our goal for the restaurant is to bring everyone around the greater Chattanooga area a taste of Jalisco, Mexico. Since our opening in 2006, we've loved expanding our business throughout Chattanooga. Anyone who visits the restaurants notices all the horses, whether they're painted on the wall or printed on the menu. We wanted to share with you all our love for horses, especially because of how Mexican rodeos are deeply rooted in our culture. Over a decade later, we are proud to grow our Los Potros family with you.
